Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you (“the Customer”)
and Growing Young Minds Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No:
10159430), with its registered office at 6 Milton Road, Mitcham, Surrey, United Kingdom,
CR4 2DT.
By purchasing and using our subscription service, you agree to these Terms.


2. Subscription Details


2.1 Our subscription provides access to home learning digital products and resources (the
“Service”).
2.2 Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
2.3 The current subscription fee is clearly displayed at the point of purchase on our website .
2.4 The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login details or content is
strictly prohibited.

2.5 We also offer a limited-view pack for ÂŁ10, which provides 30-day access to a restricted set of resources.

2.6 After the 30-day period ends, access will automatically stop unless you choose to upgrade to a full annual subscription.


3. Access to Digital Content


3.1 Access to digital resources is granted immediately after payment has been received.
3.2 Content may be updated or amended from time to time to ensure quality and relevance.
3.3 If you share login details or content without permission, we may suspend or terminate
your subscription without refund.

3.4 Limited-view packs provide temporary access only. Once the 30-day period ends, you will no longer be able to view the content unless you purchase a full subscription. 


4. Automatic Renewal


4.1 The subscription is a rolling annual contract. At the end of each subscription term, it will
automatically renew for another year unless cancelled in accordance with Clause 5.
4.2 You will be notified of the upcoming renewal by email at least 30 days before payment is
taken.


5. Cancellation Policy


5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date to stop the next
year’s payment.
5.2 If you cancel part-way through a subscription year, no refunds will be issued, and you
will retain access until the end of the paid period.
5.3 Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to admin@gyminds.co.uk. We
will confirm receipt of cancellation within 5 working days.

5.4 Limited-view packs are one-off purchases. They do not renew automatically and are non-refundable once purchased. 


6. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights)


6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel
their subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
6.2 By accessing the digital content during this period, you acknowledge that your right to
cancel is waived.

6.3 For limited-view packs, you have the same 14-day right to cancel under UK law. However, if you access the digital content within those 14 days, you agree that your right to a refund is waived. 


7. Intellectual Property Rights


7.1 All digital content, resources, and materials provided as part of the Service remain the
intellectual property of Growing Young Minds Ltd.

7.2 Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the
content for personal learning purposes only.
7.3 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in immediate
termination of your subscription without refund and may lead to legal action.


8. Limitation of Liability


8.1 We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977),
we shall not be liable for:
ď‚· any indirect or consequential loss;
ď‚· any loss of profit, revenue, or data;
ď‚· interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control.
8.4 Our total liability to you in respect of any claims arising under this contract shall
not exceed the amount paid for the subscription year in which the claim arose.


9. Privacy Policy (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018)


9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK GDPR and Data
Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Data We Collect: When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, payment
details, and other information necessary to provide the Service.
9.3 How We Use Your Data: Your data will be used to:
ď‚· process payments and manage your subscription;
ď‚· deliver access to digital content;
ď‚· provide customer support;
ď‚· comply with legal obligations.
9.4 Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with trusted
third-party providers (e.g. payment processors, hosting providers) to operate the
Service securely.
9.5 Data Retention: Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the
purposes above, in line with our Data Retention Policy.
9.6 Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your
personal data, and may object to or restrict processing in certain cases.

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
